Tim is a native Carolinian who currently resides in Union County. He and his wife Judy started Accurate Home & Building Inspection Services, LLC, in 2003. In addition to performing home inspections in the Carolinas, he has also worked as a sub contractor for FEMA helping hurricane victims in Florida. Tim has a bachelors degree in accounting, which allowed him to service a variety of small businesses and individuals giving him a well rounded background and people skills. His interest in the Building Industry started over 15 years ago while operating a major electrical contracting company in South Florida. His rare combination of extensive training, hands-on experience and ability to effectively communicate with all parties involved makes Tim uniquely qualified to meet your home inspection needs.

Along with being a Certified Master Inspector, Tim is certified for Mold and Radon Testing.
